Great Grandfather Walter Was A Chef On the Union Pacific Railroad From California To Chicago in the Early 1900’s. His Grandfather “tiny Naylor” Opened Tiny's Waffle Shop (1924) in Reno, Nevada & Later Relocated in the San Francisco Bay Area. in the 1950’s, Tiny Built the Biff’s Chain in Los Angeles, California and Another Chain of Tiny Naylor Restaurants Throughout Southern California. Kirk’s Father, Chet Naylor, Opened Criterion Restaurant in Manhattan Beach, the Cindy’s Chain and Beverly Hills Café the Latter Where Kirk Learned the Family Business. At Beverly Hills Café, Kirk Successfully Launched A Catering Company Servicing Post-Production Houses Which Raised the Bar for Food Quality and Standards for the Film Industry.
